We know grocery prices are sky high. We want to help alleviate some of that pressure in our community. If you need groceries please come on down with a cart to the rec center. We've got food and resources for you thanks to our pals from "Caring for Friends".

Get ready for a day full of fun, music, and community at the Belfield Day Community Block Party on July 25th from 11 AM – 3 PM at Belfield Recreation Center (2109 W. Chew Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19138).

Enjoy live entertainment, free community resources, a basketball competition, food, music, and activities for the whole family!

Hosted in partnership with community leaders and organizations including the 35th District, Councilwoman Cindy Bass, the Philadelphia DA’s Office, Wawa, Herr’s, ShopRite, and more.

A Day of Fun with No Guns is a free, family-friendly community event focused on empowering youth through creativity, connection, and positive opportunities.

Attendees will enjoy live music, games, food, giveaways, and interactive experiences in podcasting, photography, videography, graphic design, and content creation.

The event also includes back-to-school giveaways, community resources, and activities that inspire young people to choose creativity over violence while building a brighter future together.
